This isn’t grocery store Honey
Our story
What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion once we tasted the enchanting flavors present in the Southern Indiana honey produced by our sweet and happy honeybees.
We recognized that the bees had captured the charms of the terrain, from the valleys filled with wildflowers, to the clear spring waters flowing from limestone fissures, from the budding maple blossoms, to the sweet spring grasses waving in the shimmering sunlight.
Incredibly, our little bees had captured those flavors, sweetened them, and presented them in the golden liquid we've come to love so much, and we want to share that bottled joy with you.
Cultivated with care
Most large producers blend or amend their honey to achieve a specific flavor, color, or consistency.
Trinity believes that part of the joy of a nice piece of honey toast in the morning are the unique flavors expressed as a result of the natural environment in which it was produced.
These flavors change from year to year depending on weather and nature’s fluctuations. As such, the flavor of our honey is consistently unique with every new trip around the sun.
Each harvest is a delicious symphony of the Southern Indiana forests and fields.
